Strength routines

Strength training is super important if you're into ultra running. Think about it: you're running crazy long distances, and your body needs to be tough enough to handle all that pounding. When you beef up your muscles, tendons, and ligaments with some good ol' strength training, you're basically making them tougher and more injury-proof. Plus, it helps you run more efficiently, meaning you won't get tired as quickly. And let's not forget about keeping your balance on those tricky trails – strength training has got your back there, too.
